Supporting Foster Families

All parents need a break sometimes. But for foster parents, getting a break is not so easy. This is where respite foster care comes in - it is when one foster family temporarily takes care of another foster family's children.

Having community support is so meaningful to foster families, and respite foster care givers provide a much needed lifeline to foster parents.

Respite caregivers are given training and resources to help support foster parents.
