Kind, caring, young man

We are hoping to find foster parent(s) for a kind, smart and active 16 year old boy.  He enjoys being outdoors, riding his scooter, playing sports and going for walks. 

He is working towards being more independent and learning life skills. He comes from a big family and enjoys visiting with his siblings. 

He has Type 1 Diabetes and monitors his diet very closely.  His caregiver will need to help him monitor his sugar levels to ensure it is safely managed. He is serious about his schoolwork and is on the Autism spectrum. He responds well to consistency, routine, and calm responses to challenges.  Interested caregivers will receive intensive services foster care training and be supported 24/7 by the agency's expert team.
