Basketball Fan seeks family

A smart, kind and hoop-loving 15 year old boy is looking for a foster family in the Sacramento-area.  He's spent too long in the child welfare system and it's time for him to join a loving and supportive family.

He works hard and is full of potential so it's important he join a family that is understanding, compassionate and able to set up clear rules.  He is living with Diabetes so a family who has experience with this would be ideal. Stability and support for his plan to reunify with his dad will be important to his success.
