Transition Youth and Foster Parent

Young adults need rooms to rent

Who taught you to how to cook? How to balance a checkbook? When did you learn about a credit score? Youth aging out of foster care need role models to help them with life skills.

We are looking for rooms to rent from people willing to be "adulting" mentors -- caring, supportive roommates.

No young person is fully prepared to become an adult at 18. Foster youth especially need help transitioning to adulthood.

Many of the young adults work or are in school. Some are beginning their careers and others are starting their families.  It can be both an exciting and scary time.  The wisdom of age is much needed.
